Jesus Is

Jesus is watching over us,

Jesus is with us throughout each day,

Jesus knows our anxious thought,

Jesus hears the prayers we pray.

Jesus is attune to our wishes,

Jesus knows the hopes we treasure,

Jesus understands our sorrows,

Jesus restores our pleasure.

Jesus gives us strength when needed,

Jesus calms our troubled heart,

Jesus has forgiven our failures,

Jesus gives us a fresh start.

Jesus can carry all our burdens,

Jesus offers to take our load,

Jesus will never forsake us,

Jesus walks with us along the road.

Jesus is the way to heaven,

Jesus will get us there,

Jesus will stay with us always,

Jesus says do not despair!
